Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are handled during standard business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier operations. While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.


Shipping Method & Tracking

We ship all orders using standard shipping carriers, following industry-standard logistics practices to ensure safe and timely delivery. Carrier selection may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can monitor the status and progress of your delivery.


Delivery Method

All deliveries are completed as curbside delivery, which is standard for large or bulk shipments. This means the carrier will deliver the pallet to the nearest accessible location at the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for arranging any necessary assistance, equipment, or labor required to move the pallet from the delivery point.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all standard orders within our service area. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements or situations outside standard carrier conditions.


Delivery Coordination

Shipping carriers may contact customers prior to delivery to confirm availability or provide delivery updates, following standard industry practices. Customers are expected to be available to receive their shipment within the scheduled delivery window.


Delivery Inspection & Reporting

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their shipment upon delivery.

Any issues, including damage or discrepancies, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a return or refund.


Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

If a delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or failure to coordinate with the carrier, redelivery fees may apply. These fees are determined by the carrier and must be paid before a new delivery attempt is scheduled.


Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must document the condition and notify us within the required 48-hour reporting window. We will handle damage-related claims directly and provide a resolution in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.


Split Shipments

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability or logistics requirements. Customers will be notified if their order is shipped separately.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional fees may apply to correct or reschedule delivery. Orders may also be delayed or canceled if delivery cannot be completed.
