Returns & Refund Policy

At LC Pallet Liquidators LLC, we specialize in the sale of liquidation pallets, including customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, and mixed or unmanifested inventory. Due to the nature of liquidation goods, all purchases involve a level of variability in condition, quantity, and resale value. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us

30-Day Return & Refund Window

We offer a 30-day return and refund window from the date of delivery. This means customers have up to 30 days to request a return or refund. However, this does not guarantee that all items are eligible for return, as eligibility is determined based on the conditions outlined in this policy.


Return Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted only in specific situations where there is a clear issue with the order. These include cases where the wrong pallet was delivered, the shipment arrived significantly damaged, or there is a major discrepancy between what was described and what was received.

Because liquidation pallets often contain mixed, untested, or variable inventory, returns are not accepted for customer dissatisfaction, differences in product mix, or unmet resale expectations.


Return Conditions & Reporting Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund, the pallet must remain unused, substantially intact, and in the same condition it was received. Items must not be removed, resold, or significantly altered in any way. Because liquidation inventory is sold in bulk and often contains mixed goods, maintaining the original structure of the pallet is essential for any return to be considered.

Customers are expected to retain original packaging, included materials, and any accessories whenever possible. Missing components may affect eligibility or result in a partial refund. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all return requests.

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and this timeframe is strictly enforced due to the nature of freight shipments. Reports submitted after this period may not qualify for a return or refund.

To support a claim, customers must provide clear photo evidence of the pallet and its contents along with a detailed explanation of the issue. Video evidence taken during delivery or unloading is strongly recommended, as it helps verify the condition of the shipment at the time it was received.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of the return or a partial refund depending on the situation.


Mystery Boxes & Unmanifested Pallets

Mystery boxes and fully unmanifested pallets are sold based on general category descriptions and are considered limited return items. Contents are not guaranteed, and returns are not accepted based on expectations, preferences, or perceived resale value. However, if a shipment is incorrect or arrives damaged, it may still qualify for review under this policy.


Inspection & Resolution

Once a returned item is received, our team will inspect it to determine eligibility. Customers will be notified of approval or rejection via email.

If a return is approved, we may offer a full refund or a replacement pallet depending on the nature of the issue. All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days after approval. Funds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Shipping Costs & Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or damaged pallet. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To ensure safe return delivery, customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, especially for high-value orders.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our support team before returning your order. We will provide guidance on how to proceed with the exchange efficiently.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Additional Notes

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Items sent directly to manufacturers or incorrect locations will not be processed. Orders outside the 30-day return window may not qualify for a refund. Certain products may have additional return restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
