At LC Pallet Liquidators LLC, we operate under a liquidation business model where products may include customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, and mixed or unmanifested inventory. Due to the nature of these goods, all items are sold based on industry-standard liquidation practices.

This Warranty Policy outlines the limited protection provided to customers in specific situations.

Limited Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty that applies only to the following situations:

  • The wrong pallet was delivered

  • The shipment arrives significantly damaged

  • There is a major discrepancy between the product description and what was received

This limited warranty is designed to ensure that customers receive the correct shipment in acceptable delivery condition.


Warranty Period

All warranty-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, in alignment with our Returns & Refund Policy.

This timeframe is strictly enforced due to the nature of freight shipping and liquidation inventory.


Conditions for Warranty Claims

To qualify for a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Keep the pallet unused, substantially intact, and in original condition

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the shipment and its contents

  • Provide video evidence when possible (especially at delivery/unloading)

  • Submit a detailed description of the issue

Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of the claim.


What Is Not Covered

Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, this warranty does not cover:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with product selection

  • Variations in product mix, condition, or resale value

  • Normal wear, untested items, or mixed inventory

  • Expectations of specific brands, quantities, or profits

All pallets are sold with inherent variability, and customers accept this risk at the time of purchase.


Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, we may provide one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

  • Replacement pallet

  • Full refund

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.


Relationship to Other Policies

This Warranty Policy works together with our Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. All claims, timelines, and eligibility requirements must follow the conditions outlined in those policies.
